When you file a complaint, we collect: your name, email address, phone number(s), full postal address, product details, complaint description, and any files you upload (invoices, photos). We also log your IP address for security purposes.
By default, all personal data is automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days from the date of submission. If you consent to extended storage, data is retained for 1 year. Uploaded files are deleted alongside the record.
Your complaint details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the complaint message. Anthropic processes this data subject to their own privacy policy and API data usage terms. We use the Claude API with standard usage policies — data is not used to train models.
Data is stored on our secured server. File uploads are stored in a private directory not publicly accessible. We implement rate limiting and security headers. We do not share your data with any third party except Anthropic (for AI generation) and your own chosen submission channel (email/WhatsApp).
This platform does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No advertising pixels or social tracking.
